~Appointment Reminders~
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent throughout the scheduling process, including when your appointment is booked, approximately one week before your visit, and again the day before your appointment. While every effort is made to ensure reminders are delivered, technology isn't perfect. Please note that not receiving a reminder does not change your reserved appointment time.
Because ColorJamBeauty is a one-person studio, guests are responsible for managing their scheduled appointments.
~Appointment Changes~
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved services.
The time reserved for you is set aside exclusively for your appointment and is often difficult to refill on short notice. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time dedicated to your visit.
~Missed Appointments~
Guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 75% of the reserved services. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.
~Late Arrivals~
If you arrive late, I will do my best to accommodate you while maintaining the quality of your services and respecting the appointments that follow yours. If there is insufficient time to complete all scheduled services, the portion of the appointment that cannot be performed due to time constraints will still be charged in full.
~Service Adjustments~
Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have questions or concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can determine the best solution together.
~Refund Policy~
If you have concerns regarding your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment. While monetary refunds are not offered on services rendered, I am committed to working with you to find a reasonable solution whenever appropriate.
